Is there a way to see the history of changes/edits made to a Client's information page?

By checking the Audit log, changes made will be located, @margaret12.

QuickBooks Online keeps track of any activity in the audit log. You can see who made the change, type of event, date and the amount.

In order to achieve this, you’ll want to make sure you have a standard user access type or a company admin to your client’s account. This way, you’re able to view their activity history.

If yes, here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to their account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and click Audit Log.
  3. Press the Filter button and select the necessary information.
  4. Click Apply

Otherwise, you’ll need to be added as a user to your client so you can see their activities.

In case you need more tips and information on how to manage your business finances. We have available webinars to help you understand our product features, functions and benefits of QuickBooks.

These instructions will point you in the right direction. Should you have other concerns besides your client’s activity history, please let me know. I’ll be more than happy to assist you.
