I'm glad to walk you through the process of linking your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Dwyane_CPI.
When linking a foreign bank account to QuickBooks Online, you need to have the multicurrency feature even if your account is in USD.
To link a foreign bank to QuickBooks Online, you'll need to upgrade to QBO Essentials, Plus, or Advanced. Otherwise, you can manually upload your transactions using a CSV file.
Here's how:
- Go to Transactions and click Bank transactions.
- Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, click the Link account drop-down list and select Upload from file.
- Choose Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, click Continue.
- From the QuickBooks account drop-down menu, choose the account you want to upload the transactions and select Continue.
- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks and click Continue.
- Choose the transactions you need to import, then select Continue.
- Click Yes and then Done to upload your banking data.

Once your transactions are in, you can now categorize them. Then, reconcile your accounts to ensure they match your bank statements.
