Hi there, @lindsey21.
Thanks for dropping by here in the Community. I'm here to help you with your banking concern in QuickBooks Online.
You can perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate and fix the issue. Please start with running the manual update to download the latest available transactions for all your connected bank and credit card accounts.
Here's how:
If there's an error code or message after the update, please follow the instructions in this link (scroll down to Step 4): What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
I've also attached an article you can use to import bank transactions manually in QuickBooks: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, can I ask for the name of the banks you're having an issue in bank feeds? Also, I would appreciate any additional details about the issue going on with the other accounts not being able to find that bank account. I want to make sure I've got you covered.
Please let us know if you need further assistance with using bank feeds. The Community and I will be here to help you.
Ive just realized that it has something to do with Amercian Express. They did something back in May and I was supposed to update my log in info before May 27 to keep getting automatic transaction downloads to QBO. That date has passed so I don't know what to do now. If I add it as a new account, wont it mess everything up or can I connect it to the account I already have on QBO?
I have read the whole thread regarding your bank feeds @lindsey21.
It seems that your bank account is already connected to QuickBooks. If you add the same account, you’ll get duplicate transactions.
To get this resolve right away, I recommend contacting our support team. They have the proper tools to identify the root cause of this issue.

I'll be right here to help if you need further assistance. Keep safe.
