I just re-installed my nonprofit premier 2018 and my bank statements are printing in two pages..half on one and half on the other...please help it is not a printer matter it is a quickbooks matter..how do I fix this?
Good to hear that you've re-installed your QuickBooks Desktop Premier (QBDT) account, @nattysuarez.
I'm here to provide some steps to resolve the printing issues in QBDT.
I've checked our reports, and it seems we don't have a similar issue with printing statements in QBDT. Most of the cases are caused by PDF converter. With this, let's repair the PDF converter by running the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool from the Tool Hub. From there, select Program Problems, then choose QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.
After that, re-print the statement to check if it's functioning well.
If the issue persists, let's reset the temp folder permissions by following the steps below.
For more details, please go through this article: Troubleshoot PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop.
I've also added articles about how to resolve errors that occur in Adobe installation and various topics that help with your future tasks.
I'll be right here to help if you need further assistance. Keep safe!
No it did not solve the problem. Bank reconciliation keeps on printing half page and the rest on the other page. Instead of only one page. It is not a font problem either
It keeps on printing half of the info in one page and the other on another page (wide wise). It is not a font problem either
I'd be happy to help you fix printing issues, @nattysuarez.
In addition to my colleague's response using the Repair Tool, you can rename the QBprint.qbp file to resolve this.
QBprint.qbp contains information about printer set up and customization of your forms. When renaming it, QuickBooks creates a new file from default settings to clear all customized settings.
Here's how to rename it manually:
2. Right-click the QBprint.qbp file for your QuickBooks version and select Rename.
3. Add the word old to the file name (i.e. QBPrint.qbp.old)
4. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
5. From the File menu, select Printer Setup.
6. Select Report in the Form Name list and select OK. This will create a new QBprint.qbp file.
7. Then open and print the recociliation report.
You can check this guide for more details about QBprint.qbp file: Rename the QBprint.qbp file.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching to our Tech Support team to investigate it using their tools on a private and secure conversation. Here's how:
