I've upgraded from Enterprise 2021 to 2024. Since then, the bank feeds have stopped working. I disconnected the bank feeds according to instructions. Then reconnected. It worked once. The next time nothing pulls into the window.
I'll provide steps to fix your bank feeds and ensure it will work again, Vicki. I appreciate you sharing your concern in detail.

Run the Verify/Rebuild Data utility. Did you encounter any error message?
I upgraded from QB Desktop Pro 2021 to 2024 and since then, none of my downloads work in any of my company files. I go to a financial institution, create a qbo file. It is downloaded onto my desktop, I open the QB file it pertains to - go to downloads and choose the qbo file. I get an error message that states I need to open the file related to the download. I have. I am in that file and it refuses to recognize it and I am stuck.
I've deleted online access, reinstate it, did all the utility options, etc. Nothing works.
Is there a solution or has Intuit disabled qbo file imports to push us to their more expensive and less robust online products?
