qbo file not importing

I have a QBO file  U.S. Bank bus.E banking for credit card charges. And "U.S. Bank bus.E banking" is one of the banks to choose. However the two are not talking to each other and I cannot import the file as the I cant set up Bank Feed.

When I call support (I have full support) - Support ends up dropping the call _ on purpose I assume as this is the third time it has happened

Has anyone had success with this bank...I have several other credit card bank

This is not the experience that we want you to have with our support, @Nanafruby. I’m going to make sure that we get this taken care of today.

 

Are you getting some sort of error message when trying to import the .qbo file? We can perform some troubleshooting to isolate the issue. Beforehand, make sure to:

  1. Create a backup of your company file
  2. You're using a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop
  3. Update Internet Explorer to the latest version

 

Then, let's review notifications from your bank. Changes on your bank's end can also create issues

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. Check your notifications or messages.
  3. If you see any messages about changes, follow the instructions. Additionally, some banks ask you to confirm your identity before they can access your QuickBooks data. Look for any access requests and follow their instructions to approve them.

 

If you don't see a message, move on to Step 4 in this article: Fix Web Connect import errors.

 

I'd also suggest following the troubleshooting steps on how to fix errors when you use bank feeds: Fix OL and OLSU Bank Feeds errors.
