Quickbooks Desktop Accountant 2020 Importing

Is anyone having issues importing bank feeds to Quickbooks Desktop Accountant 2020?  I am having issues when I try to import Capital One credit card transactions.  Please only reply if you have good help other than calling tech support-I do not have time to do that at this time.

Hello there, @kerryboersma.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I want to make sure you'll be able to import bank transactions successfully.

Upon connecting Capital One Credit Card, have you encountered an error message? If you've not seen the Synchronize button upon connection, this means that your bank doesn't support Direct Connect for QuickBooks.

As a workaround, you can import bank transactions to bring into QuickBooks. In your case, since your bank won't let you download the .qbo file, you can search for a converter online.

Once everything is set, you can import the file again to QuickBooks Desktop.

For future reference, you can check this article which you may find helpful: Fix Web Connect import errors.

I'm just one post away if you need anything else or if you have any other banking questions in QuickBooks. Just add the details to your reply, and I'll be there to address them for you. You have a good one.

Thanks for your insight.  Just to be clearer-I have been importing bank and credit card transactions for years and I have done it both ways-never had issues like I am now.  This started right after QB's Desktop had a major update about a week or so ago.  So far it's only Capital One that I am having issues with and Capital One stated they have not changed anything with their QBO download.  This is looking like a QB's Desktop issue.
