Hi!
I'm a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and have been using QBO from quite a while but recently came across with a situation: I did manually upload bank transactions and recorded invoice and expenses by following the proper workflow by creating invoices and expenses using Sales and expenses tab. After receiving the payment against invoices in the bank, I try to reconcile the bank, as the transactions were related to 2020 period, find a match option was not available. Bank rules working perfectly and showing suggestion but "Find a Match" option was not there at all. Am I missing something or is it a bug?
Advise on this will be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks for the additional information, @Addy4. I've got your back, and I'm here to ensure you can successfully match your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Yes, you've got it right, @Addy4. Since your created transaction in QuickBooks and your downloaded bank transaction has different exchange rates, QuickBooks won't be able to detect and match it.
To get through this, you can consider re-creating the invoice transaction, and your customer, you'll then set his home currency to the Pakistani rupee (PKR). Once done, proceed to receive payment for that transaction you recently created. Lastly, match your newly created invoice with your downloaded bank transaction on the banking page of your QuickBooks Online account.
If you wish to continue, here's how to create a customer and set his home currency to PKR:
Another option to get this sorted out is to enter a home currency adjustment. For more information, feel free to see this article: Enter home currency adjustments for your foreign balances.
In addition, I've got you this article for reference in case you'd like to learn more about reconciling an account in QBO: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
Should you need further assistance matching your transactions? Or do you need help performing specific tasks in QuickBooks? Know that you can always get back to me anytime. I'll be more than happy to help you out again. Take care!
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community for support, @Addy4. I'm here to ensure you can match downloaded transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
There are few factors why the program didn't auto-recognize any possible matches, although you've already used the Find Match tool. These are due to the following:
To resolve this, let's go to your register to check if the existing entry was already cleared in QBO. From there, review if it has the same amount, transaction type, and date range with the downloaded transaction.
Let me show you how:
Once done, ensure the existing entry is associated with the correct bank account by manually opening the transaction from the Sales or Expenses menu. Then, go back to the For Review tab and refresh the page to check if the downloaded transaction is now showing a suggested match in the program.

In addition, it's a great idea to reconcile your account in QBO monthly to ensure it matches your bank statement.

Thank you Merriam for the detailed reply.
One thing that I want to add is I'm using multicurrency feature, bank account is in Rupees and home currency is USD, recording the transactions in system, following Sales and Expenses workflow in USD, manually imported bank feeds are in PKR; this is the only thing that I can think of causing the issue; dates and other things are the same but still find a match option in the bank feed should appear I guess.
I've also attached the screenshot for information please, where no option available to find a match manually.
Thanks!
