Bank Feed Setup, for Gotomycard.com accessed through my banking website and not directly

So I'm trying to set up Bank Feeds through for a credit card. I use my online banking information for Truliant Federal Credit Union to login and I don't see my credit card as an option to select. I've come to the conclusion that this is because the credit card is through a different party. I don't view the credit card in the same place in online banking as I do my other accounts. It's a link to a different site. I've determined it was through Gotomycard.com . So when I try to set up bank feeds through gotomycard.com my banking login and password don't work. And if i try to login to gotomycard.com directly using my Truliant username and password, it won't let me in. In order to set up bank feeds for my credit card do I need a separate login for gotomycard.com?
