If this doesn't resolve the issue, please check your computer to make sure it is compatible with the QuickBooks Online requirement display setting. It should be set up like this:
When working with QuickBooks, I recommend that you maximize the browser window. Especially if your screen resolution is 1024x768.

This does nothing. I've already tried it. And I've cleared the freaking cache as well.
