Good to see you back here in the Community. I'm to share information about editing a reconciled transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To change or undo a transaction on a reconciled account, all you need to do is to remove its R (reconciled) status in the register. Please refer to these steps on how:
Once done, you can now edit the transaction by double-clicking it.
