Let's work together to get those missing transactions back in Self-Employed.
You can try refreshing the page to see if this is just as a simple webpage display issue. On the Transactions page, press the F5 key to refresh it.
However, a cache-related issue can also prevent you from seeing those manually logged transactions.
When a browser's cache is full or there's a corrupted webpage data on it, it can prevent QuickBooks Self-Employed from working properly.
You can rule this out by using an incognito or private window:
In the private or incognito window, log in to your Self-Employed account as you normally would. Then, check the transactions on the Transactions page.
When you're able to see them, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache.
This article can help you with the steps: Clear cache and cookies (This is for QuickBooks Online but it works fine with the Self-Employed platform).
Close out any browser instances to complete the process. Though, using another supported browser can work as an alternative as well.
If you still can't see your transactions, you'll want to check your transaction filters. They can also prevent you from seeing the full transactions list.
Ensure the Account, Type, Date, and Tags filters are set correctly. They can be found just above the transactions list on the Transactions page.
If you need to take care or pay your estimated taxes? You can find more details and solutions from this article: Pay federal estimated quarterly taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
I'll ensure you're able to take care of your tasks in Self-Employed. So, if you have any other concerns while managing your transactions or categories, visit this thread again. I'll see you again real soon.
I can not see any transactions on the quickbooks app. I can see on the browser.
Thanks for posting the issue you're having with your transactions, @hello176.
There are times that too much data in the mobile app can cause issues when performing a specific task. This might be the reason why you're unable to see your transactions. I can share some troubleshooting steps that can resolve data issues when using the QBSE mobile app.
First, ensure to update to the latest version of Android or the latest version of iOS (the app needs iOS 12.2 or later to work properly).
Then, let's clear the app data. Before doing this, please make sure that your QBSE Mobile app is updated.
For Android device:
For IOS:
If you're referring to your bank transactions, you can contact our Support team. That way, they can create a report for this behavior. They have the tools to do that.
