There are only two heathers that will show balances, which are the dates and the reconciled and banking status columns. The other heathers will show N/A, such as reference number, payee, and deposit.

I don't understand what I selected or how it happened that I get data/reconciled status only in my check book register with no running total. Please tell me how to get running total back n check book thank you I also don't understand your word "Heathers"

I have done the troubleshooting and using Google browser. What other reasons could this be happening for?

If you note that the Running balance (Balance) is visible on the register while using the incognito mode, it indicates a data-related problem. To fix this, kindly clear your regular browser's cache and cookies. If the issue persists, consider using another supported browser.
