Citi Cards bank feed stopped working

Citi Card bank feed stopped working recently.  Getting error olsu 1013 and have tried all the suggestions.  I'm using QB's Desktop Pro 2018 which still supports online banking.  Spoke with Citi card tech support and they can't figure it out.  My online account is fine.  Anyone else having this issue?

If you already did all possible solutions for the OLSU 1013 error, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Team directly. They can provide additional troubleshooting to complete your work.

 

Contact us through these steps:

  1. Go to your QuickBooks Home page, then click the Help menu at the top.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help from the drop-down.
  3. Hit the Contact us icon.

Citi Cards bank feed stopped working

I have the same issue that just started happening this week. Early in week I was able connect bank feeds to both Citi and Chase. Now neither works. getting same error form both - OL-231. I have QB Premier 2019.

Citi Cards bank feed stopped working

I have resolved the problem as follows. Both Chase and Citi bank feeds now work.

1. run the TLS 1.2 Readiness tool - http://dlm2.download.intuit.com/akdlm/SBD/QuickBooks/TLSTool/TLSTool.exe

2. reinstall IE:  (run one of the following)
Download Internet Explorer 11 (32-bit) https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=324628
Download Internet Explorer 11 (64-bit) https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=324629
