There's another way, @kathypOCFH. I'd be delighted to lay down the steps to enter your bank transactions into the QuickBooks Online (QBO) program.
Since you cannot upload your bank transactions using a CSV file to QBO, I suggest manually entering your bank transactions one at a time directly into account registers in QBO.

The data uploaded to QuickBooks is dependent on what your financial institution (FI) provides when linking your bank account. Some share up to the recent 90 days' worth of data.
Follow these steps to add older transactions to your account:
Once everything is uploaded, you can match and categorize your transactions to keep them in order.

Thanks for the instructions on how to upload a file. I would love to do that. But the only data I have is the paper bank statement. The bank cannot provide a .cvs file for data older than 60 days (in my case January and February 2023). Are you suggesting my only option is to enter the transactions into a spreadsheet and upload that? I was hoping for the ability to enter the data directly into QB online. Thank you. Kathy

I'm trying the above steps to import a csv file that contain transactions from 2/4/23 to 3/7/23 that did not come through in the bank sync. When I get do the attached screen the QB Account dropdown field is blank/empty so I cannot click the Continue button to proceed. Also, the CSV file has negative values in parenthesis instead of a negative sign, does that matter when importing? Just want to make sure I don't need to adjust the format on the CSV file.
