Let's get rid of the error when trying to connect your bank.
Here are the possible reasons why you're getting an error code, OLSU-1013:
Before performing the troubleshooting steps below, let's first make sure you're currently connected to the Internet. If yes, you can verify and configure firewall security settings for the program.
Second, you'll need to use the currently supported version of QuickBooks and Internet Explorer.
Third, let's ensure your QBDT is updated to the latest release.
Fourth, let's verify account information and access permissions by logging in to your account outside of the software. If you're able to sign in to your account, let's review the Bank Feeds log files. This way, we can check if there are connection failure messages to address them with your bank.
Fifth, let's test the results on the Classic (Register) mode to help isolate the issue. This is also required to use for statement download or import. Here's how to switch it in the Classic (Register) view:
To help fix the issue, let's enable the TLS 1.2 Security Protocol if available. Here's how:
After performing the first step, let's redownload your bank transactions. If you're still receiving the same error message, please continue to the second or until the last steps through this article: Fix OL and OLSU Bank Feeds Errors.
The steps above will help you fix the error code.

No, did not correct.
After an hour on the phone with Chase bank, they said problem not theirs. They gave me an 866 # to QB and after waiting about ten minutes on hold a lady came on the line and listened to my story. I gave her control of my computer and she tried the QB version to get on, failed. We tried the download version, for some reason that failed, too. My lady conversed with others on her end and tried another approach. Still no progress. Once again let's try activating the download, but from outside the QBs. That worked. I have to open up and download my accounts, save to a file and then import into QBs. It's a workaround until Chase and QB figure out the problem. Chase can download to QB but it will not import on it's own. QB can download but will not import. We have a stand off.
