Hello there, @daniel-dentaltec!

Payments from your customers received via bank transfer will be transferred into your bank account depending on your deposit schedule. I'll show you where you can check it.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Payments.
  4. Click Deposit Speed.

Now, here is how you can check the status of your transaction.

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Deposits.
  3. From the list of transactions, find the bank transfer payment you wanted to review.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about your deposit schedule: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Lastly, I've got you this helpful article for ideas about how you can handle delayed deposits: Why is my batch deposit delayed or suspended?

Keep me posted in the comments if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand.

Hello there, @VRivera.

Thanks for joining this thread. The steps provided by my colleague above is for QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Let me share a few information on how you can check the status of your transactions into QuickBooks Desktop.

The Merchant Service Center holds the complete records of your payment activity from all of your QuickBooks products. You can log in to your merchant account and check the status of all your processed payments. Let me show you how to do it.

  1. Log in to your Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Hit Search.

For new QuickBooks Payments users, the first few payments take a bit longer to process while we set everything up. In case you need to know more about this, check out the Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments article.

Also, I recommend visiting this website: Recurring Payments Overview. It contains answers to the frequently asked questions about managing your recurring payments in QBDT.

I'll be around in case you need further assistance. Post a question below if you have any, and I'll be sure to get back to you.
