Hello is it possible to make invoice and order with the currency USD with the UAE online Quickbooks? i just find AED currency

Yes, you can create an invoice with the USD currency. Let’s turn on the Multi-Currency feature to track transactions with different currencies.

Here’s how:

1. Tap the Gear icon at the top and choose Account and Settings under Your Company.
2. On the Account and Settings page, hit the Advanced tab to select the Currency option
3. Mark the box for Multicurrency and then follow the instructions to complete the process.
4. Next, click Save and Done.
   

Once done, let’s enter your customer’s data.

1. Go to the Sales menu and pick Customers to select the New customer option.
   
2. This will open the Customer information window.
3. Choose the Payment and billing tab to enter the preferred payment method.
4. Click the drop-down for This customer pays me with and then pick USD United States Dollar.
   
5. Enter your client’s name and other information in the field boxes.
   
6. Click Save to keep the changes.

As another option, utilize this payment service for multi-currency transaction. Your customer will pay it in USD, and you will get the fund in AED.

How can we receive a payment in USD bank account from a customer with aed currency

You may open a virtual business account at TW to accept payment in USD account from AED and run the bank feeds. Unfortunately I noticed they don't accept AED at the moment for a few months ahead. As a workaround, ask your client in UEA to open a TW account and send the payment in USD to your bank account.
