Once a recent payment you accepted is on hold, you'll just need to submit us some information to complete your review. Once we have everything, we can usually complete our review within two business days.
To check the status of your funds, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team to trace this deposit. They can also verify the payment's status and look into why it hasn't yet been placed into your account. 1. There is no Theft. The funds are being held by QB for review however they are asking for documents which I have submitted all but those I cannot due to just starting in business. I had sent in the executed contract with my client and the funds still won't be released. QB has closed the claim and now opened another requesting additional documentation which one request is redundant.
2. ACH went through on 9/27 and still not deposited. Considering we are a new company we are working on each check. We need these funds deposited no later the Friday 10/14 into our bank account or we may end up defaulting on a project due insufficient funds to purchase project materials which is what the payment is for.
they did this to my company too. I have talk to a attorney today, and it is consider theift of company funds, if they hold money for longer then 10 days, which is banking rules for ach or payments through there system it is theift.
Good to know thanks for the info. It's absolutely observed that they closed the claim review after I sent them the contract that was executed with my client. Now they opened a second claim eliminated the comments function and are requesting additional documents.

My customer paid an invoice in 2 payments, the first payment was deposited to my account the second payment of $7400 was submitted, quickbooks decided to close my account and hold the funds. I have escalated this issue and no one can tell me what is the status with the funds. My customer want to take me to court thing I am scamming them but is quickbooks who is keeping the payment.
I never had issues like this before. Horrible business. I didn’t only lose a customer but I am going to be taking to court for quickbooks stealing the funds.

yes I think a class action sounds like a good idea. I’m dealing with the same situation. Holding of funds from a client, then the ridiculous emails with irrelevant requests.
Same here 6750.00 on hold for almost a month with no answers only thing I’m told is I’m not getting the money back I’m contacting the lawyer. Also I have a huge social media following and I’m posting everything that they put so people can see how fraudulent they are. this is absolute insanity..
I’m having the same problems did you find a lawyer yet? And if so, please let me have their information so I can use them as well.
Stop lying you don’t requesting the information from anybody. I’ll just put the phone on hold and keep them. This is absolutely a joke. I have a huge social media following and I’m posting everything that y’all see so everyone can hear I have over 200,000 followers trust me the word is getting out y’all will stop messing the small business person over trust me.
