Any word on when this feature will be added to the android app?

To become eligible, your QuickBooks Checking account must be active and in good standing.
Furthermore, you'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking and use mobile check deposit. Wait for the approval, and then you can deposit checks using your phone without going to the bank.

I ALREADY HAVE THE MOBILE DEPOSIT FEATURE!!!
My QBO subscription supports up to 3 users. MY employee, who is on my QBO account as a user does not see it when they log into the app. How do I enable that for them?
Thanks for joining the thread, DP77.
I'll chime in and share with you the requirements to become eligible for the mobile check deposit. QuickBooks Checking and Money by QuickBooks provide mobile check deposits, subject to eligibility criteria.
Only the person that applied and is approved is the only user that can move money to and from your QuickBooks Checking account. When the option to use the mobile check deposit is unavailable on your employee's end, the system may not be eligible for this feature. Hi there, mhangus63.

What are the requirements? Whats the big secret? Everything seems so evasive and vague about this feature. I have a QBO Checking, payroll, and everything I need except the ability to deposit my customers checks into the account. For this I have a second bank that lets me do it with an app. The money is there the next day.
It's important that your customers' checks are seamlessly deposited into your QuickBooks Online account, @atubbiolo. I'm here to discuss the requirements with you.
QuickBooks Checking and Money by QuickBooks both provide mobile check deposits, but only to those who meet certain requirements. Your Money by QuickBooks or QuickBooks Checking account needs to be open, active, and in good standing.

For anyone else who missed it, Mobile Deposit is only available on iPhones - that's the only eligibility requirement - not sure why they can't just say that.
If you have an Android like me, find another bank to use. If you have an iPhone, the customer service rep has explained how to find it several times in this thread.
Is mobile check deposit still only available on iOS? I would need it to work on Android.
I'll share details about using mobile check deposits in QuickBooks, @kirkadkisson.
QuickBooks Checking Mobile Remote Check Deposit (MRDC) has already launched the capability to use QuickBooks Checking on Android devices. However, mobile check deposits aren't available to all customers. If you're eligible, you'll see the option to Deposit checks when you click on the Get Money button.
Before doing so, you'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking and use mobile check deposit. Wait for the approval, and then you can deposit checks using your phone without going to the bank. It is absolutely ridiculous that QB is not transparent with the "certain criteria" for depositing checks into the checking account that we are PAYING FOR!! I just got off a chat with a rep. They gave me a number to call and would only give me vague information. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to be able to use my checking account when I can just go to a local bank, set up an account FOR FREE, and deposit my business checks no problem. Quickbooks loses customer over this. I like the features that quickbooks offers, but I'm just sitting on checks that I can't deposit into my personal bank account. I'd like to have access to my money.
It's really upsetting that the company is not forthcoming with their criteria and leaves their customers in the dark. Not cool and honestly sketchy.
