Good afternoon, @officemanager14.
It's great to see you back here in the Community. Don't worry. I can show you how to link your QuickBooks Cash account and business bank account.
All you need to do is connect the bank account to QuickBooks Cash and then transfer the money you'd like. Here's how:
Step 1: Connect a bank account to QuickBooks Cash
QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next 3 days. After you get the confirmation email, come back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions.
Step 2: Transfer money out of your QuickBooks Cash account
For additional details, check out this guide that gives these instructions and more: Use your QuickBooks Cash account.
Let me know if this helps. I hope my reply finds you with a smile. If you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to ask. I'm only a post away if you need me. Take care!

Thank you!
I've linked my business account to the QuickBooks Cash account and have been trying to transfer money into it from my main business account and it keeps telling me that something is wrong. I know I put in the correct information to my main banking account (they even did the test deposit and withdrawal from it to be sure) and I know for certain I have the funds in the account to transfer. No one has been able to help me, I'm hoping that someone here has had the same issue and found out the solution and is willing to share.
Hello, ACWorxLa1.
I'd be glad to lay down the solution to help you transfer funds using your QuickBooks Cash account.
The issue might be related to a webpage cache problem. When a browser's cache is full or corrupted, it can cause issues when processing something in the program.
In this case, you'll want to isolate this by using a private browser:
Log in to your QuickBooks account, then process the transfer. When it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache to remove the data that's causing the issue. Close out any browser instances to complete the process.
As an alternative solution, you can also use another supported browser.
However if you're still issues with the transfer, I would recommend calling our support if you haven't already done so. They'll check our system and see what's causing the error message.
Use these steps to contact them:
After resolving the issue and moving your funds successfully, do you need to check how much you've earned so far? You can run a variety of sales reports to do this. The guides can be found here: Sales reports.
Our Community space is always open to other questions you might have regarding your QuickBooks Cash account. Just post here, and I'll help you out. You can also ask me about anything else in QuickBooks.
