Hello, foe244.
I'll show the step-by-step process to help you transfer your old data to the new QuickBooks Online account.
You can export your lists and other data from the old QuickBooks Online account to the new one. Here's how:
A .ZIP file will be downloaded containing the exported data. For exporting transactions, you'll want to use a third-party app. You can look for one online or in the App Center.
After exporting all of your data, you can start importing them to the new QuickBooks Online account. On the gear icon menu, choose Import data then choose the type of data you want to import.
You can find more details about the import process here.
if you need help managing your new QuickBooks Online account, you can visit our articles here.
You can visit this post again if you have other questions about your QuickBooks Online account. I'm here to help you accomplish your tasks.
You may have 2 options:
1. Utilize a migration tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party migration service.
Good luck. I spent the last two days trying to transfer data from one account to another in an attempt to save money by using a subscription offer for a cheaper price. We are a Not-for-Profit and Intuit "donates" licenses to TechSoup for NFPs. Support said I could transfer everything out of the old account and into the new account, BUT first they had to upgrade me to QBO Advanced on both accounts (they promised to return things and reimburse the added cost when done). Then to find out we had to use QB Desktop as an intermediary. Long story short, after EIGHT HOUR ON VARIOUS CALLS, this cannot be done if you are on a MAC. Only list, NO DATA can be transferred. If I were on a PC there are 5 pages of steps that have to be done. Oh, and I still am trying to get my annual charge back to what it was before this ordeal. They have charged our credit card and amount 35% HIGHER that is was before I was trying to save money.
I am a retired CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm and a software company, trying to get something done that should be easy, adjust a customers pricing to something offered in the market by the company.
GOOD LUCK
Today told by support that the pricing I had before they asked me to temporarily upgrade just to transfer, is no longer available to me. So my failed attempt to save money will now cost me more, forever!
Asked to talk with a supervisor and told they could not connect but they would call me right back. NO CALL BACK!
I sure hope I get a "Please Rate Our Service" email!!
Since a full Online to Online Quickbooks transfer is not possible via the export/import data function (unless you use a 3rd party app), I would highly recommend following the instructions found here:
https://sellerzen.com/add-or-merge-quickbooks-online-company-to-the-same-email-address
Scroll down to the section titled "Merging or Consolidating Companies Under One Email Address in QuickBooks Online".
After spending a frustrating afternoon trying to figure this out, I followed those instructions and was able to transfer an old Quickbooks account into a newer account, where I can now manage multiple companies under one log in.
I hope this helps!
Thank you for posting. I am also a CPA and have been frustrated with this process. I spent four hours on support and when it didn't transfer the rep told me that she just read that it takes a couple of days to transfer. I guessed that she was lying to get off the phone and sure enough, no transfer happened. Meanwhile she talked me into purchasing an additional license and upgrading to Quickbooks advanced to facilitate the transfer.
Open a new blank QBO account.

then utilize the Copy feature available in a backup restore app.

QB Online needs to add a export and import list feature so that customers can start a new database.
Granted my niche is as a fixer but lots of customers are at the point where they have enough crap in their databases that they want to start a new database. Or they have other reasons for wanting to start a new database.
I did this once for a client who had so much crap that I absolutely 100% had to create a new databse to move him forward. I wanted some of his lists moved over so an excellent VIP tech at Intuit talked me through moving QB Online List Data to QB Desktop then back to a QB Online database. But that export from QB Onine to QB Desktop no longer works. Thanks to above posters I see that one has to pay $300 to get Transaction Pro Importer and learn enough of the software to do this once. That's prohibitive for most of Intuit's customers.
I remember when Intuit added the export and import lists to Desktop. People's data sets were hitting the wall, report creation was so slow that it was either give them a way to stay with QB Desktop or they'll find new software. It was an awesome feature because if I can move your lists, we're almost there. Time to add that utility to QB Online and keep customers happy there.
Hi! Did this work?
Transferring data from one QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to the other takes only a few steps. I'm here to guide you how, mm_mm.
For now, we're unable to entirely transfer your data and transactions between accounts. But I have a workaround for you. You can export your data from the old QBO account and import them to the new one. I've numbered the steps below:
To export the data:
To import data:
You may also want to use a third-party application so you can transfer all the information into your new account. In addition to this, after you've transferred your data, consider cancelling your old QBO account to prevent charges. I've provided these articles for your reference:

Yes, but I want to transfer my old transaction data to my new qbo account. How do I do a full transfer of the entire company from old qbo account to new qbo account?
...
I have tried the 3rd party app (Rewind) you suggested and I cannot confirm if it exports all transactions in Chart of Accounts. Can you please let me know if this is possible?
Hello there, mm_mm.
Using a third-party app is a great idea to transfer those data to your new QuickBooks account.
I suggest that you contact the third-app support to help you further in exporting those transactions.
You can also checkout this article to learn how to export and use the reports and list that you have in the old QuickBooks Online account to help you review all transactions exported: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

They have become useless you pay for services you do not get, and they only want to sell you stuff if you do not buy anything they will completely drop you. I have the same experience and still trying to get the help I needed for about a year looking for a different option right QBS customer service is useless.
i feel your situation is as bad as mine. quick books really should be named quick bucks!!!! they are a clueless company out only to take your money.
Any specific concern?
Thank you! Your instructions worked for me, and my new account is finally up and running with all the correct data!
Hi! May I know which instructions work for you? Are you able to transfer all data including the transactions to your new QB? Thank you!

Another method, if you are using QBO US version, convert your data to QB Desktop US version, then convert it to your new QBO US account.

This does not work, it says that data imported cannot be more than 1000 record/line
