You can cancel your duplicate QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. However, the system will automatically delete account and data after a year you've cancelled your account.

Why doesn’t my account have billing & subscription after I click on Account & Settings. I am using a Mac laptop.

Possibly, you aren't subscribed to Intuit's website directly, but through Apple's App Store or Google Play. That's why you're unable to see the Billing and subscription page.
Another possible reason is you're not logged in as a Company or Master admin, or you've bought QBO through your Accountant wholesale billing.
I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to verify your subscription. They can also help you switch your billing to Intuit's so you can see the Billing & Subscription option.
