There are possible reasons why you can't find your GoBank account in the list. And I'd be happy to share them with you and help you connect your bank in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
The reasons are:
If you have confirmed the required details, and you still can't find your bank. You'll need to use the Request support your bank option and ask us to add your bank. Let me guide you how.
Alternatively, you can import your transactions to QBSE using the CSV file. For more guidance, you can check out this article: Import Transactions from Earlier Date Ranges.

I have the same issue.
Ive Rrquested my bank be added gave all info needed and still no responce.
Concidering this app is designed for the Ridshare drivers of Uber and Lyft and others the bank or web bank or CC would be able to be found pretty easily.
Uber Visa is used by alot of drivers.

Since you already submitted a request to add your bank in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), rest assured that our Product Engineers are now reviewing it. We add support for new banks based on the number of customer requests, and also on approvals from the banks themselves.
I'll also submit feedback regarding this to our Engineers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBSE.
