I have 2 companies created. How do I delete one of them?

I signed up for quickbooks online with my phone which prompted me to create a company, but then when I logged on through my PC it prompted me to make another company. I made them both with the same name which made it difficult to select the correct one when I would log in. I finally change the name of the company I created on my phone, but is there a way I can just completely delete it? I don't use it so it's just an inconvenience.

Welcome to the Community, @trafficjamtrucki. I can help you remove the other company.

In QBO, you can cancel the subscription to remove the duplicate account. Once you cancel the QBO company, this will delete the company after a year automatically.

Here’s how:

Tap the Gear icon at the top to choose Account and settings under Your Company.
Go to the Billing & Subscription section to see your QuickBooks plan.
In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel trial.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
