It is very difficult for me to get in touch with the Payment Support Team because the time zone doesn't match well with your chat hours and my regular day job hours. Could I be on an email chain with them? That would be the best for my situation and would help me out a lot

I understand how difficult it is when the time doesn't match your availability. However, the best way to rectify the problem is to get in touch with our Payment support team. From there, they'll be able to pull up your account and check the status of your deposit and what causes the deposit to be on hold.

She's a senior pr manager at Intuit corporate communications. A donation I made to a non-profit that processed through quickbooks was held for 4 1/2 months without explanation. After dozens of infuriating phone calls with (so-called) customer service, my email to her brought a resolution in a few days, WITH 5% INTEREST to the recipient at my insistence (the same rate the IRS applies to refunds)
