I want to make sure you're able to delete duplicate transactions in QuickBooks. Since you've already disconnected the bank, you have to manually remove each entry through the Chart of Accounts.

Is this option only for those who have their bank account connected to QBO?
As I mentioned in my original query I disconnected my bank account due to the problems. I don't have an option to go to Bookkeeping > Transactions > Bank Transactions > For Review in my QBO program.

Yes, that is correct! Since you already disconnected your bank account, you can delete those transactions directly in your bank register. However, the option to delete them in bulk is currently unavailable. You'll need to do it one at a time.
