I need to move the money deposited to my quick books to my bank account?

I'm here to help you move your money that was deposited to your QuickBooks Online to your bank account. I have three different solutions for you! 

Solution One: QuickBooks Online Payments

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payments, the processing of the deposit depends on the payment method. For credit cards, it'll take one to two banking days. Bank transfer payments take two to seven banking days. Some banks may take longer to process the transaction. Solution Two: Bank Transfer

If you're needing to record funds being transferred between two accounts, then you can create a Bank Transfer. This is the easiest way to transfer funds, as well as the easiest way to recognize in the bank register. Here's how to create the transaction:

1. Go to the +New button on the left-hand menu, then select Transfer.
2. Fill out the necessary information.
3. (Optional) Enter a description of the transfer in the Memo field.
4. Hit Save and close or Save and new.

Solution Three: Manual Recording Customer Payments

If you're referring to manual recording customer payments in QuickBooks Online, you might have chosen the Undeposited Funds as the Deposit to account. Here's how to deposit these payments:

1. Go to the +New button on the left-hand menu, then select Bank Deposit.
2. Select the bank account you wish to deposit the payments.
3. In the Received From column, check the invoice/payment.
4. Hit Save and close.
