Hi there, @flyingdc.
There are ways to edit your bank information in QuickBooks. Let me share them with you to get this resolved.
If you're referring to the bank account where you get your payroll expenses, you can update it from the Payroll Settings. Let me guide you on how to get there.
If it's a payroll subscription's bank account, you can edit the account from the billing section. Here's how to do it.
For more information about connecting your bank account in QuickBooks Online, you can check this article: Connect
bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Hi
The problem is not what you suggest... the payroll was accidentally put in Bank A when I need it to go into Bank B... SO,for a previous transaction i need to move direct deposits and 1 check into Bank B from Bank A but I can't... when i try to edit... there is no option as with a normal check or expense to switch banks.
Please help!!!
thanks
David
