Let me outline a few steps we can take if your bank transactions aren’t importing into QuickBooks, @agalarpe.
Before we move forward, could you confirm if you’ve recently connected your bank to QuickBooks?
When you connect your account, the amount of data available for download depends on your bank. Some institutions allow you to retrieve the last 90 days of transactions, while others may provide data going back up to 24 months.
You can also manually upload the missing transactions into the program. Keep in mind that the maximum file size allowed is 350 KB. If the file is too large, you can shorten the date range and download transactions in smaller batches.
If your account is already connected to QuickBooks, we can try performing a manual update to refresh the connection between your bank and the program. This will prompt QuickBooks to pull in the latest transactions from your bank.
