If you're able to download your transactions, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. Using other supported browsers can also help further isolate the issue.

Thank you for the instructions. I use QB in Firefox and Chrome but mostly Firefox. I removed the Intuit cookies from both and restarted my computer, with no success. I also tried doing it Incognito in Chrome.
I haven't received transactions from the bank for 2022 although it is showing as connected.
The solution was to reconnect with the bank. Apparently, all QB customers with this bank were having the same problem. I wanted you to know you were right! Thank you so much!
