Good afternoon, @autumnwoodspa

Thanks for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help share some information about the available reports for different QuickBooks Online versions.

The Transaction List by Customer report is only currently available for our Essentials and Plus subscribers. You can check out this detailed article as it has further information about the reports between subscriptions: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription

You can run and customize the Sales by Customer Summary report instead or upgrade to our higher versions

Here's how:

  1. In the left menu, hover over the Reports tab and click Reports
  2. On the search field, key in Sales by Customer Summary
  3. Customize the date period.
  4. Select the customer's amount link to have the list of transactions under its name.
  5. Go to Save customization

Feel free to comment below if you have any more questions or concerns. I'm always here to help. Take care!

This did not help as I never received anything by doing the search on Sales by Customer Summary.  I dont believe there is any way to get a transaction listing on a member with the simple start package.  But if there is something else I can try please let me know ...

Let's get you a list of customer transactions in QuickBooks Online, autumnwoodspa.

You can open the customer profile and get the list of transactions from there. Then, export it to Excel for your copy.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Sales from the left menu, then choose Customers.
  2. Click the customer name to open the profile.
  3. Go to the Transaction list tab.
  4. Click the Filter tab and customize the transaction you want to check, then click Apply.

  5. Click the Export to Excel icon to download the file.

I'm also adding this link, Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription to know which reports are available for your version.

Should you need anything else, don't hesitate to comment below. I'm always right here to provide the report for your business needs.
