I am having an issue with the web connect accounts, it is wanting to use an existing account or create a new account. We don't want to create a new account as this is the same account we have always used. It just starting doing this today.

To verify, are you using QuickBooks Desktop? If so, here are a few possible reasons why you're getting this Web Connect error:
Let's make sure to check the file you downloaded from your bank is a .qbo file. This is the only type of file Web Connect can read. Then, sign in to your bank’s website and check for any notifications that needs your attention.
Before importing your transactions into QuickBooks, make sure to do the following:
Once done, download your Web Connect file directly from your bank and not from inside QuickBooks.

For QuickBooks Online, you will always have to select the account where your transactions will be imported. Here's a sample screenshot for a visual reference:

I did try the incognito page and I continue to get the same error. It's my first time adding my bank account and it just isn't working.

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.

But QuickBooks is the one that does not give me an option at all to add the bank. WHen I click on add account it gives me an error that says "something isn't working, try again"
