Is there a known problem with Huntington Bank connectivity? The bank's site is not down.

I've already followed the suggested steps to correct error 105.

Is there a known problem with Huntington Bank connectivity? The bank's site is not down.

Have you tried opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser?

I'll make sure that you can get rid of that error, KenW.

Banking error 105 usually occurs when the bank's website encounters certain specialized issues, experiences support work, or server problems. Since you've already checked your bank's end, you can try manually updating your bank connection using an incognito or private window. There are times that accumulated cache in the browser becomes corrupted causing runtime errors in the program. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

If the error is now gone, go back to their regular browser and then, clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files and improve your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.

However, if the same thing happens, I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical supports. This way, we'll be able to look into your account and investigate this issue. Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

In addition, here are some resources that you can read to help manage your online banking transactions and reconcile your bank account:

As an additional option, utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.

Thanks for getting back with the Community, KenW.

I appreciate you performing KlentB's recommended troubleshooting steps. Since the error's still displaying, our Customer Care team will be able to conduct further research. If they're unable to solve what's causing it, they'll be able to create an investigation ticket for our Product Investigations team to research further. In the event an investigation case is created, you'll be signed up for email notifications relating to it.
