Hi there, CK737.
I've got your back to make sure you can update your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Let's start accessing your account using a different or private browser to isolate this hurdle. There are times when the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses.
You can use either of these shortcut keys:
If it's now working well, close the private window and then go back to your regular browser. After that, clear its cache to delete the junk files. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported web browsers.
If the issue persists, you'll want to manually upload your transactions into QBO using a CSV file to make sure your transactions are up-to-date: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
In addition to that, let me share this article to help you review bank and credit card transactions after you download them into your QuickBooks Online account: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Keep me posted with your result or if you need further assistance with updating your bank transactions. I'm determined to help you succeed. Have a wonderful day!
Hi LeizyIM, thanks so much for your response. It continues to be an issue in the private window. I can download manually ... but am wondering what is the long term solution?? I feel as though I am paying a lot for Quickbooks, i would like to have access to this feature.
Hi there, CK737.
This isn’t the kind of experience I want for you, especially when using the bank feeds feature. I'm here to assist you on how to update the latest entries for your accounts.
First, you'll want to check the bank itself. This behavior could also be due to their system issue. That being said, log into your bank website and double-check if they have notifications about this matter.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. they have the tools to pull up your account and provide a long-term solution.
Here's how to reach them:
Once the transactions are already syncing, here's an article about working with bank feeds in QuickBooks Online: Categorize your bank transactions.

Hello LeizyIM, thanks again for you help! I was having the issue with my bank accounts and a credit card with a different bank; it seemed too much of a coincidence to be on the bank's end. I also was reluctant to reach out to Quickbooks customer service as I have been frustrated with that in the past. Instead I tried disconnecting the bank accounts and reconnecting them, and that appears to have done the trick (fingers crossed).
