I want to import QBO file to Quickbooks desktop,
every time I try to import QBO file with various ways, the program only asks do I want import now or later.
And, when I choose Import now, there is no responds. Nothing happens.
I did not set up bank feeds because program ask me to connect account via internet, but I don't want it.
Is there any solution about this problem?

Web Connect problems can happen for a variety of reasons. Files from the bank are occasionally incomplete or in the incorrect format. Changes at your bank can also cause problems.
Before you begin, take note of the following:
Also, check your bank's website. If your bank's support for QuickBooks Desktop changes, you will get a notification. Check your messages by logging into your bank's website. Follow the instructions if you encounter any warnings concerning changes. Follow the procedures to disconnect your account if your bank no longer supports Web Connect.
Make sure to verify requests from your bank's website. Before they can access your QuickBooks data, several banks require you to verify your identity. It can happen if you reinstall QuickBooks or upgrade to a newer version.
Check your messages by logging into your bank's website. Look for any access requests and approve them according to their guidelines.

It is 2021 version
I'm using 2021 version
I have been importing QBO files forever and now I am having issues. I am on QB's desktop 2020 and I always go to file, utilities, import, web connect files. I then go to the QBO file as I have always and when I click on the QBO file I get the following:

"The account information dowloaded by your Financial Institution contains information that is not supported by QuickBooks." Etc-this make no sense to me for just last month I had not problems. What in the world is going on?
