I have called multiple to find out why my account was closed. I just opened a flooring store last week and thought quickbooks was the way to go. I took 3 invoices in 2 days, 3rd day my account is dead and I can't take payments and they can't tell me where my money is or when I'm going to get it. No one can tell me why I was closed or where my money is. I have bills to pay and my customers can't purchase anything from me so I am losing sales. I keep getting told I will get an email back or a call but then get told it won't be till next week. [removed] is my claim number.
This isn't the kind of feeling I want you to have when managing customer payments through a Merchant account. I can also see the urgency to know the reason why your account is being closed and where your money is, David8806. I'll provide insights about this and ensure you'll be routed to the right support team to assist you further on this matter.
A Merchant account will not be closed or deactivated unless the account holder or user requests it. Thus, I can see that you've already reached our QuickBooks Payments Support Team many times. However, I still recommend contacting them again. They're the best support group for such inquiries as they can request account information to check your account status. They'll also be able to determine the reason why this is no longer active and provide the documents required to release your $13k payments or deposits.
In case you need steps on how you can check the status of deposits and specific customer payments, you can read this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
Keep me posted on how your call goes by leaving a comment below. I want to make sure you're concern is taken care of, David8806. Take care always.
No it has not been resolved. I am waiting to hear back from quickbooks but was told it might not be till Tuesday. I'm very upset about this , still, especially because its my first week in business. If I don't hear of anything or if my payment has not been deposited I will have to file with the comptrollers office to further escalate this matter. When asked for a tier 3 or 4 I was laughed at and told "I can't even get ahold of a tier 3" by the last person I spoke with on Thursday or Friday last week. This was very disappointing. I feel like I'm complaining to a wall right now and you are just dangling my funds above me. I need this so I can continue to grow and I am being held back by a company who processes my funds for what I can tell is no reason at all except that maybe my transactions are higher than what was expected. But I also sell wholesale so it is to be expected.

Just FYI, @David8806 , QB is quite known for doing this to it's customers. You can use the Search bar at the top of any page here in the community to find hundreds of others in the same boat.
QB not only will randomly close accounts, but takes and "holds" the money for as long as they can. From what I have seen in other threads, the accounts that are closed have a harder time getting their money released. (Because QB uses it to collect interest). Those that have it held are having to wait weeks, if not months (Up to 9 months). At that time, QB has no choice but to release it. The kicker is that they don't release it to you. They release it to your state. You then will have to collect it from your state.
There has been talk of a class action lawsuit because of this practice. The best way to reach out to someone involved in that is through Facebook. I'll leave the ink below, in case you're interest.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you.
Good luck.
THEY DO NOT CARE THEY JUST WANT MORE MONEY!
I've had tons of issues with QB "improvements" that are more like malfunctions but this is absolutely terrifying.

Quickbooks decided to refund my customers 13k without letting me know. I sell flooring, the customer has already installed the flooring. I have no way of collecting my money now. Quickbooks just stole and gave back $13000 worth of money from a 4 day old business. This will ruin me. I'm going to have to contact an attorney and the state comptroller office to see if there's anything to do.
