Quickbooks Contact Sync Revoked Certificate pops up when using Utilities/Synchronize Contacts is clicked. No option to renew or allow access to data

Thanks for getting back to us, @Moe6.

Contact Sync is developed by Microsoft Office. And I'd like to redirect you to the Microsoft Office support site to get an updated certificate.

Once you have the updated certificate, follow the step by step process from the article you've shared. This way, you can sync Outlook contacts with QuickBooks Desktop.

As always, feel free to visit our QuickBooks Community help website if you need tips and related articles in the future.

Please touch base with me here for all of your QuickBooks needs, I'm always happy to help. Have a good one and stay safe.

Quickbooks Contact Sync Revoked Certificate pops up when using Utilities/Synchronize Contacts is clicked. No option to renew or allow access to data

From April:

From Synergration developer of Contact Sync:

Hi Bill,

Unfortunately, we stopped supporting that software some time ago.  Officially Intuit, having integrated it into QuickBooks many years ago, agreed to handle primary support however we helped solely because they generally failed to.

I sincerely wish I could be of more assistance.

This worked for many years, Intuit claims it will integrate with Outlook 2010 32 bit, which I held on to this version so I can continue to sync my contacts.  Own Quickbooks Pro 2020.  Meet all the requirements:

According to Intuit Link for Contact Sync

Step 1: Download Quickbooks Contact Sync

Step 2: Install Quickbooks Contact Sync

Step 3: Sync Your Contacts

Well good luck with that, Intuit it is time to fix this!

Quickbooks Contact Sync Revoked Certificate pops up when using Utilities/Synchronize Contacts is clicked. No option to renew or allow access to data

Is there any fix for this available yet? I am running Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019 and Outlook 365. The add-in installs but I get the same error message about the revoked certificate. I just got a new desktop and migrated all my programs and files over from my old computer, but I swear the Sync worked just fine with the same software setup on my old one but just doesn't seem to work now.
