You don't need to refresh the page to see the changes in your recurring transactions. Once you've open the list, the transactions will show up depending on the customizations/filters selected.
If you're having issues, you can try clearing your browser's cache to optimize QuickBooks' performance. Moreover, please make sure to use a supported and up-to-date browser for the best result.

That's simply not true. Once a Reminder has been paid it's still there-until I hit refresh.

Yes, you're right. We'll have to hit Refresh to see the changes made. I can see how this would be handy. Having your list auto refreshed after a reminder has been paid would be a time saver.
