Join nowI have bank accounts in 2 different banks in Muscat, Oman.
However, both of them are not listed in the QBO's bank master data.
I clicked on the request to add bank on the page where we connect a bank account.
Please let me know how much time will QBO take to add that bank.

We currently can't give you a specific time frame as to when we can integrate with your bank.
In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload bank transactions through a CSV file format or other file formats that QBO supports. You can check with your bank if they can give you one. Then, import them to QBO.

If your bank account is on the bank list, it will automatically be added in QBO after connecting it. Once done, you will see all the activities you have at this bank.
However, there is no specific time on when we will be adding your bank account as one of the options to connect with QBO.

Please understand the issue. I am not able to see my bank in QBO database.
Bank Muscat, Bank Dhofar and Oman Arab Bank are well known Banks in Oman but not visible in your database while we try to add the bank account.
I have placed a request to add these banks. So I wanted to know how much time will QBO take to complete that request.

i try to connect my bank muscat account in my quickbooks online but unfortunately my bank name still not added in your frame list.
i just saw this post but shocking this is ''2019'' and still not added??? how long it will takes to add in your frame list???

I understand the importance of connecting your Muscat account to QuickBooks so it's easier for you to download transactions. However, your bank isn't supporting QuickBooks for online banking.
You can send a request to support your bank. Here's how:
Our Online Banking Team will be notified once you send the request. And, your QuickBooks account will be added to the list. We'll then keep this thread updated once your bank allows the online banking connection.
For now, you can download transactions from your bank using a CSV file format. Then, manually import it to QuickBooks.
