Hello there, @randy39

QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next 3 days. Once you get the confirmation email, check QuickBooks Online to verify the transactions.

  1. You can click the link on the email or sign in to QBO and then go to Cash Flow.
  2. Select Verify bank or you can just click Add to connect your bank.
  3. Enter the two deposit amounts sent from QuickBooks. The order doesn't matter.
  4. Select Confirm.

When you want to transfer money in and out of your QuickBooks Cash account, you can follow Step 3 through this article: Use your QuickBooks Cash account. It includes how to get your account or routing number, or PIN.
