When will QB offer the import of custom style for Sales Receipt (Donor Receipt)?

Hi RickD7696. Thanks for coming to the community. Currently, the only custom forms supported for upload are estimates and invoices. If you'd like to learn about that process I recommend the article for uploading custom form styles. It has a step by step guide as well as some great formatting reference. I'm also going to be sure to input feedback about the desire for the ability to upload styles for Sales Receipts/Donor Receipts as well.

If you need anything else, be sure to leave a reply below. Have a great rest of your day.

I need to import style for sales receipts also. We use it daily in our nonprofit and the built customizations do not give enough flexibility.

Hello there, @BenTCM.

I can see here how important to import style for sales receipts for your business. However, currently, we only have an option to import custom forms for invoices and estimates.

I suggest using a third-party app that you can integrate with QuickBooks to import styles for sales receipts. You can also visit our QuickBooks Blog for new updates and releases.

You'll want to personalize your sales forms. Feel free to check out this reference: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have additional concerns. I'm here to help you. Have a great day.

Here we are a year and half later, I need to customize Sales Receipts for my nonprofit and there has been no improvement so frustrating.

We hear you and your voice matters to us, graceidhhc.

We value the opinions of all QuickBooks users and often use this input when deciding on future updates and addition.

The more request this gets, the more likely it'll be part of future enhancements. We always value customers who are keen to give us their feedback. I’ll be sure to follow-up on this matter with our managerial team. This way, they could come up with the appropriate course of action to improve QuickBooks as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you can visit the QuickBooks Product Updates from time to time to see new updates. From there, you can see the future developments and the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.

I appreciate your patience as we work through this. If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know. I'll be around to help you out. Stay safe!

I desperately need this too. As part of our branding we want all of our documentation to look and feel the same. I am shocked that this feature is not available.
