I'll share some possible reasons why your bank transactions went missing in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). However, I need to ask a couple of questions to understand your situation better.
First, can you tell me the name of your bank? This way, I can check here on our system if there's an ongoing issue. Also, did these transactions go missing after you imported them inside your QBSE, or are these existing transactions inside your company file? Any additional information would help me provide you with an accurate resolution.
QuickBooks relies on the data provided by your financial institution. Therefore, missing transactions may occur due to delays or interruptions in the bank connection and the program. It can also be your bank is currently undergoing maintenance. To verify this, visit their website.

If they don't appear, your browser may be causing the problem. In this case, let's open your QBSE account using a private (incognito) window. This mode doesn't save search histories and can help isolate the issue. Use the following shortcut keys to save time:
Once signed in, check your transactions. If it's there, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, utilize another supported browser as an alternative.
Moreover, it's good to categorize transactions once downloaded to prevent losing them. This way, QuickBooks puts them on the correct line of your Schedule C.
