this is what I'm dealing with. Over and over again they refuse to send me to a supervisor. In the past, when I had an issue with my debit card with quickbooks cash account, they would give me a link to chat with somebody for that issue. Now, they give me a number to call and refuse to get a supervisor.
We want this fixed as much as you do, Arg1. Let me route you to the right support.
I know you've been wanting to talk to a supervisor. As a customer myself, we want to get our issues resolved. However, in your case, you'll have to reach out to Green Dot support instead. They handle issues like this. There's a number on the back of your card.

You can press Ctrl + F and enter the key words to easily scan through the QuickBooks checking deposit account agreement. From there, you’ll find the contact number of the Green Dot Bank support.

This doesn’t answer my question??? Why is that so hard? I have a fraudulent charge in my checking account and nobody is available to help me!?!? I have been trying for two weeks now to get this charge overturned!?!? God forbid someone’s account having really been drained! They would be out of business with your service! And now I’m stuck! I can’t close the account until I get this resolved! I have called every number given to me! I have chatted, emailed, been transferred to several different departments and thrown around relentlessly. This is a SIMPLE bank issue that happens to people all the time! You should have clearer instructions and ways for your customers to resolve these issues or you shouldn’t offer the service!
They told me they were transferring me and ended chat! And not just on one occasion! I thought the first time it was a mistake. Then it happened again! Woefully unprepared to deal with these SIMPLE issues!
Also! This doesn't get me to Green Dot customer service! I went through their whole contract and the number I got was not the correct number!!!
AND REALLY!!! TO TALK TO MY BANK WHERE ALL OF MY BUSINESS CAPITAL I HAVE TO READ MY SERVICE AGREEMENT???? REALLY????

I recommend reaching out to Green Dot support. They can help you check the charges to your account. Support hours are open every day from 5:00 am - 9:00 pm PST.

That’s a very nice and professional response. However, I have called that number several times DURING business hours and the phone line says they are closed. I also tried chatting directly with green dot on their website and they told me I had to sign in to talk to a live person, but you can’t sign in with a QuickBooks debit card; it says it’s an invalid account. So what’s my next options I’m out $540 and I’m getting increasingly frustrated that a simple fraud complaint takes so long and is so hard. AS SOON AS THIS IS handled I will be taking my business elsewhere.
So I spoke with a Green Dot representative and surprise surprise, my issue can’t be fixed. So I am apparently just
out my $536. Supposedly sent over to fraud department and he resolved; but never heard from them and nothing is resolved. So upset. I trusted QuickBooks and now I will be looking elsewhere for my business.
