You have two options on how to get assistance with your reconciliation and other questions about it. First, you can seek help from our QuickBooks-certified independent accounting professionals or Pro-Advisors. Second, you may contact our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Support Team.
Here are the steps on how you can find a QuickBooks ProAdvisor:
- Visit the Find-a-ProAdvisor website.
- Optionally, select one of the specialties listed to narrow the search results. In your case, you can pick the Accounting and Bookkeeping option.
- Enter your ZIP code, town, city, or area in the search field, and then hit Search.

To get in touch with our support team, here's how:
- Click the Help (?) menu, and then choose the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question or issue like "Need help with reconciliation" and then click Let's Talk.
