You don't need to refresh the page to see the changes in your recurring transactions. Once you've open the list, the transactions will show up depending on the customizations/filters selected.
If you're having issues, you can try clearing your browser's cache to optimize QuickBooks' performance. Moreover, please make sure to use a supported and up-to-date browser for the best result.
