Join nowHi there, @ninazaneta07.
I'd love to help you get this matter working so you'll be able to utilize QuickBooks Self-Employed with no issues.
To start with, may I know if you received an error message while viewing the transactions? When does the behavior occur? Please get back to me with more details about this matter for me to narrow down this concern.
For now, try to login to your account using a browser like Google Chrome to check if you'll get the same result. Please use this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login. It can also help us determine if the issue has something to do with the stored and corrupted data in the app.
If it works fine, let's reset the app's data to refresh the system. This eliminates the unnecessary files, which can be the reason why the app is crashing.
To do that:

Like I said, it only happens when I click on drives. I was able to click on and manage transactions. I can see I have 11 drives to categorize as business or personal. But I can not get to them. Logging in via a web browser doesn’t let me do anything with drives. Which is the issue I’m having. There doesn’t seem to be an iOS or app update. I’m able to log in to the app and via a browser. The issue is I can not get to my drives to categorize them. I assume if I take the steps you recommend my 11drives will be lost. This is really frustrating.
Hi, ninazaneta07.
Resetting the QuickBooks Self-Employed application will not lose all your data or drives. This will refresh your app and removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate.
If you're still unable to categorize your transactions after resetting, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then log back into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account and see if you're able to manage and access the drives.

I'll be sharing with you this article: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support. This write-up contains more details regarding the application's system requirements.
However, if the issue persists, you can get in touch with our Self-Employed Support for further investigation. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to raise any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf.
I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, so please let me know if you have any other Self-Employed concerns or anything with managing your transactions. I'll be here to help. Have a great rest of the day!
