I have QB 2015 for Mac (v16.0.5). I've read the posts that say to check the "Use current date as default" box in Preferences/Transactions. Done that. Doesn't work. I've tried putting a "t" in the date box. Doesn't work. I've manually backed-up the program in hopes it'll correct itself. Doesn't work. The date always reverts back to some previous date. Please help!

I believe Intuit is working on this issue, in the 2016 year version at least. For now close and relaunch QB daily and use quickbooks>quickbooks feedback and submit a bug report.

I can't get it to change the default date for statements either. I'm using Mojave and am up to date on the software updates. Wish QB would realize some of us are not going to leave our MACs and that they would make their QB program more MAC friendly! QB online doesn't work well enough for our company either. I tried it two different times and never felt confident enough with it.
