Welcome to the Community @jayscleansandthi. I'm here to share some information about the ACH process in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The bank transfer (ACH) payment deposits can take 2-5 business days. Some factors may delay the payment, please check the following:
Moreover, the deposit cut off time is 3 P.M. Pacific Time (PT). Payments processed after 3 P.M. PT will be listed in the queue for the next day.
You'll also receive an email from us if there are issues about the deposit. You can also contact our live support to verify the transaction and check the status of the deposit.
QuickBooks also has the Next-day ACH deposits feature, which is dependent upon the eligibility of the criteria. If you want to avail of this schedule, check out this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments. This also contains answers about how payment deposits work in QBO.
I'll be around if you have other questions or concerns with any QuickBooks processes. Tag me in the comment section and I'll be here to back you up. Take care always.
Yes it did. I just thought that because I had instant deposit set up it would go right away. I just never had it actually take the two business days. I may have gotten a little spoiled here ha. 😆
Yes thank you 😊
