I'd like to share some information with you, office-orroofguy.
When your bank is connected to QuickBooks Online, our system downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. Depending on your bank, some takes a little longer. But for most, transactions are downloaded the day after they post to your bank's website.
You can do a manual update by going to the Banking > Update if the transactions are still not showing up on the Banking page.
I'm also adding this article for more details: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or other concerns. I'll be around to help you some more. Thanks.

When our customers pay us with their bank account, our funds are withheld for 5 business days. I am told there is a link send from Intuit that I can follow to have this time reduced to 1-3 business days. I have not received this link and there is no way for me to request it. Can that be fixed?
Hi, office-orroofguy,
Your ACH payment will take a bit longer only during your first month if you're a current QuickBooks Payments user. Let me share with you a few information about this.
You'll get your payments within 5 business days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while we set everything up. We send you an email once everything will process at the normal speed.
Here's an article for more information: Find Out When QuickBooks Payments Deposits Customer Payments.
Here are also some common questions about payment deposits: FAQS About How QuickBooks Payments Deposits Work.
